Cancellation Policy
Please read the instructions below or check your email after requesting an appointment to proceed: We will be requiring a fee of PHP 500.00 per person/per appointment to reserve your appointment (i.e. if there are 5 of you, you need to settle a total of PHP 2,500.00 to secure your slot). This is nonrefundable, but will be deducted from the package you availed. Be careful also of fake pages and scammers. We will only transact through our official pages and emails. Please note that rescheduling is only allowed once and must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, and you may reschedule up to 15 days from your initial appointment, subject to availability.
